The project
Toros demonstrates how P1 Consultancy supports an investment across its entire life cycle, from plot acquisition to a completed, income-generating building. Our consultancy team identified a plot aligned with the client's investment objectives and coordinated the legal and planning requirements, while our award-winning architects maximised the plot's permitted development potential in a functional, efficient design.
Once construction was under way, our real estate team secured a buyer within a few months, enabling the original investor to realise a profit. The new owner retained P1 Consultancy to coordinate the interior fit-out across our architecture, interior design and office furniture teams. Our real estate team is now leasing the building as part of a coordinated strategy to deliver a stable rental income and a strong return on investment for the new owner.
